PURE offers information on Faroese research

175 researchers in the Faroe Islands have now been registered in PURE Faroe Islands, the portal which provides information about all research institutions, researchers and research activity conducted in the Faroe Islands.

The project to adopt PURE has been led by the University of the Faroe Islands, Research Council Faroe Islands, and the National Library of the Faroe Islands. Currently, all researchers at the University and several researchers from other research institutes have been added to the system, with all their projects, outputs and activities.

The intention is to include all research institutions in the Faroe Islands so that PURE Faroe Islands can provide comprehensive and transparent information about all research being conducted in the Faroe Islands, and enable Faroese researchers to further strengthen their international profiles and connections.
