Christian life at home: church response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Faroe Islands

Project leader Jan Jensen

Resumé This project looks at how churches and congregations in the Faroe Islands have adapted to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This is seen mainly on two points: firstly the way in which the message is being transmitted (e.g. through digital media), and secondly how the pandemic has given members of the churches and congregations an opportunity to reflect on their own role in their given religious community.

Project period 01.05.2020 - 31.07.2020 (Project closed)
